The technology and internal processes are awesome. Many smart people are around. It's a great learning experience and there are many ways to communicate. Ownership of the product, from requirements to deployment, is encouraged.
No clear career path. Lack of any recognition. Boss would not ever say anything positive.

It went well, with half an hour for leadership principles and the other half an hour for coding and system design. It’s a great experience overall. System design, they expect more clarity.
