The company bases its decisions on data. It cuts back on office politics and drama. The engineers who work here are brilliant, but friendly and eager to help out newbies. They care about the health and welfare of their employees.
The interview itself requires real commitment, including hours of prep work and an entire day for the interview itself (give or take, depending on travel).
