I came from a smaller company, not a very competitive environment. I found it refreshing to work with people who cared a lot about the quality of work (whether they were forced by the culture or not).
The teams I worked with were great, and I didn't have any bad experience with the people I worked with. There is definitely more pressure and stress involved, but that's what makes you grow. You need that at some point in your life.
WLB can be bad at times (deadlines, performance). Also, job security is a concern (it's not super fun hearing about tons of people getting fired every once in a while). I'd also say benefits are not the best. Base compensation was good for me, but benefits (health insurance, employee perks, vacations) weren't so great.
1. Online Assessment Interview Invite to schedule. 2. Hiring Manager Round 2/3 LPs and 2 LeetCode medium problems. 3. Interview with SDE II Half an hour with LPs, and the other half doing a coding question to write maintainable code. 4. Bar Rai
After passing the Online Assessment, you then move on to the Final Loop Interviews, which consist of, but not necessarily in specific order: * Behavioral Interview * Technical Coding Interview (Leetcode style) * Low Level Design interview (OOP)
It went well, with half an hour for leadership principles and the other half an hour for coding and system design. It’s a great experience overall. System design, they expect more clarity.
