Not many other companies will pay you as much as Amazon does. WLB is good as long as you get into the right team. Great engineering standards and procedures. Love Amazon as a customer. Proud to work there.
- Stingy benefits for a company that has so much money in their hands; health insurance isn’t fully paid for.
- Frugality. I love that the company puts customers and investing in them first. But I wish they’d prioritize investing in employees as second, at least.
Get rid of Frugality as an LP.
