Received good mentorship from SDE II engineers.
Tough work-life balance, disorganized because of turnover.
Long initial assessment, then long video interview. Both about 3 hours each, both pretty difficult. Process was overall pretty quick as it was just two stages, it was a lot of technical questions and a lot of questions about leadership principles.
The interview was divided into 4 parts. One was a screening round with 2 questions, followed by 3 technical rounds: first with a developer, second with a system designer, and third with a project manager.
Call from recruiter, then HackerRank assessment. Basic questions about projects and experience. Data structures and algorithms questions were very similar to LeetCode questions, asking to find the minimum or maximum of something.
