Great tech company. Great people. Good leadership principles you imbibe if one is willing to.
No perks apart from salary. Manager and Senior Manager level is not that supportive. Too diplomatic for a tech company (I think it's more in India). Too much interference from them. On-call support for 24/7. Scrum is run by managers where it should be run by SDEs. No work-life balance.
Stop being too bureaucratic and diplomatic. Give the scrum to SDEs and please understand that on-call should not be 24/7. We are not slaves!
