Very few employment incentives.
Get burdened by high operational load sometimes.
New developers often get lost because of so many internal tools.
Things move so fast that you can't afford to slack
Give more incentives to employees. They feel put down when asked what benefits they can avail at the Amazon website.
Have a dedicated team for operations as far as possible, and invest more in R&D and long-term solutions.
