Overall, a great place to work at if you don't mind hard work
Your experience can vary greatly depending on your team. Here are my personal opinions on pros:
- Work on new technology and cutting-edge solutions.
- Decent compensation package.
- Good growth and management.

Work-life balance can be hard sometimes, with hectic deadlines and on-call rotations.

Some management don't have technical expertise; however, there are plenty of good managers as well. It depends on your team.

Long vesting period for RSUs.
Most of the complaints for Amazon come through work-life balance and bad management, and I have experienced some of it myself. The attrition rate seems to be quite high as well.
