Very awesome place to work at, if you can handle it
- Get to work on the hottest tech. There is flexibility and ownership to choose from the best options available.
- Career growth is rapid, if you can handle it.
- International movement options are priceless and easier compared to other companies.
- Policies are not very employee-friendly.
- Perks are not comparable with other decent workplaces like Google, Indeed, Intuit, and LinkedIn.
- Health insurance is a joke; there is no OPD coverage.
- The hiring bar is very low (this is a plus point or a minus point depending on which side of the bar you lie).
Increase perks to increase employee satisfaction. Leave the frugality BS in Seattle where you pay 3x our salaries. India is a low-cost market, and you should learn to keep your employees happy at 1/3rd of the salary.
