For Amazon.com in Bengaluru, the work is less for an intern, but the Bar Raiser is the same for them. So, if you're an intern at Amazon.com and your college is not BITS, IIIT, or IIT, the chances of you getting converted are very low.
PS: Bar Raisers are people who judge you and based on that, they convert you from intern to full-time.
Judge interns based on the work they receive and not with the static standard that they have set.
