Your work-life balance will take a hit.

Be wary of managers. One bad manager can make your career go downhill. They can put you in a dev plan for any reason, and you will be forced to either leave or struggle and prove yourself.

HR is just for namesake. No support at all.

Employees are treated as slaves. Management does not care whether you leave or stay.
Stop using the dev plan as a means of torturing employees and getting things done.

Amazon India hires for many different roles at my campus. I am excited to be joining as a software developer in Bengaluru. The interview process involved four rounds, with more emphasis on the technical and quant aspects.

The interview was divided into 4 parts. One was a screening round with 2 questions, followed by 3 technical rounds: first with a developer, second with a system designer, and third with a project manager.
