Extremely toxic place. Your teammates will not co-operate, share resources, or help you due to stack ranking. The manager and HR always work against the team, trying to find whom to fire. The manager often mongers fear so that the team is scared, and everyone sacrifices work-life balance to stay on the team. It's a dog-eat-dog situation here.
Improve collaboration and a sense of safety between colleagues.
