Some teams have to coach one weak employee each year. So, if a favorite person is weak, they would be let go, so talented people may suffer that coaching if they are new or introverted.
It is hard to cope with that unique experience for hard-working and talented people who could crack Amazon and do a great job.
- Have measures to control favoritism!

Software Development Engineer
Good interview process. Was able to clear 3 out of 4 interview rounds. The process included an OA followed by interviews. First and second rounds were DSA-only rounds. The third round was a behavioral round plus DSA.
