Great place to start as a developer!
Really good office, good pay, lots of flexibility, smart people to work with, and interesting work (at least for freshers).
We have to live with frugality, and we aren't pampered, sadly, as is the case when working with Google. Some people complain about it being really hectic, but I personally do not feel it so.
Can spend some more for the comfort of employees.
