You will get to learn a lot here. I think some of the features they have developed are really cool.

Your experience will be highly team dependent, but people (at least in my team) are very professional. My manager doesn't expect anyone to overwork, and if someone overworks, then they are compensated appropriately.

I get a lot of flexibility in the projects I choose, the work I do, and how much time I spend on them.

Sometimes the work can be a bit overwhelming. You might have to deal with some legacy features.
