Smooth hiring procedure (University Grad/Recent Grad recruitment)
- Receive emails regarding instructions and resources to prepare for the interview.
Two rounds:
- Online assessment followed by a one-on-one meeting with an interviewer.
- Online written assessment (two parts: Part-1: technical; Part-2: behavioral).
- One-on-one: Be punctual. Be friendly, let them calm you down first, then they will ask technical questions or explanations regarding the code you wrote in Part-1 of the online assessment.
They are quick in response and reviews after the first invite to the online technical assessment.
You will be provided a pool of starting dates you can select from.
It might take a month or sometimes more to receive the first response after submitting the application.
