Big company, if you work like they want you to, you can survive. You learn by doing.
You always have to keep your head down and work without feedback. Managers are not trained to be managers, so your growth is completely dependent on perspective. You are not allowed to ask questions about business decisions. Everything above manager level is politics and numbers to show that you are here and you are doing something.
Train your managers. Take a look at what they are doing. Have regular check-ins with manager reports to understand what's going on.
