- Really smart colleagues.
- Very collaborative culture.
- Good management, and senior engineers are all very good.
- High stress and expectations.
- On-call means that you can be woken up in the middle of the night.
- Diversity in general, especially gender. This is common across the org, not just Brisbane.
- Not many benefits compared to other similar companies besides pay.
Management is generally pretty good, though not many initiatives on building teams. It's very work-driven.
