Awesome culture, very engineer-led. The leadership principles are used very effectively internally to make ego-free decisions.
Remuneration is a little under top-tier tech industry. The promotion process is totally opaque.
Reducing people's yearly compensation as a way to force "get promoted or leave" is pretty dystopian. Giving a good OLR rating and corresponding good base pay increase while simultaneously decreasing yearly total compensation is a very mixed message. Orwellian "new-pay".
Not too much difficult. Basic DSA questions, and be confident. No questions on projects, and I got selected for an internship at Amazon. The exam was of 4 categories: first, debugging; second, coding; third, aptitude; fourth, assessment.
The overall interview experience was good. The recruiter was quite helpful at every stage of the interview and explained the process clearly prior to the interviews. All interviews were conducted virtually on the same day, back to back. The questions
I was expecting it to be hard, however, it was harder than I thought. I couldn't pass to the 2nd stage, however, the first stage includes 3 parts: * Two of them being coding and technical stuff * The last is a short survey
