Already an established company, so it has a lot to offer in terms of career opportunities.
Prior experience is a MUST for joining Amazon.
They have, actually, something called "Work culture," which involves giving you a job right from Day 1 itself. You must get everything done within a deadline; otherwise, managers take note (but don't tell you). This will reflect later in your reviews.
If you don't already know what to do, then you might find it a bit difficult to work.
So, it helps if you have SOME PRIOR EXPERIENCE (like, for example, a 3-month or 6-month internship at Amazon itself or some other company, etc.).
Maybe be a little transparent and cooperative towards your employees.
