My experience with Amazon had been great so far. Lots of things to learn, and the work environment challenges you every day. It's the best place to be for a fresher.
Amazon suits people who are aggressive by nature and are always on the run to exceed. If you are not this type, this might be a tough place for you!
I had very good experiences with the leaders at Amazon, with no complaints. All the discussions that I had with the leaders left me feeling full of motivation, and encouragement is everywhere!
