Competitive pay and opportunities to advance.
Management seeks feedback from employees and seeks to improve pay and conditions commensurate with the field.
Flexible work schedule (while remote).
Places a higher emphasis on demonstrated leadership, technical skill, and projects/deliverables than prior experience alone.
Strong internal transfer culture enables employees to move horizontally with minimal barriers.
Advancement criteria are rather opaque and seem fairly arbitrary. Companywide, not much effort has been made to establish a culture of remote work; rather, efforts have been focused on forcing employees back to the office. The operational burden can be extremely exhausting at times, as it is largely shouldered by developers directly.
Take FC and driver concerns more seriously, as they affect everyone's perception of the company as a whole, including corporate employees.
Also, I personally find increased PTO more valuable than increased base pay, especially in this industry.
1. Online Assessment Interview Invite to schedule. 2. Hiring Manager Round 2/3 LPs and 2 LeetCode medium problems. 3. Interview with SDE II Half an hour with LPs, and the other half doing a coding question to write maintainable code. 4. Bar Rai
After passing the Online Assessment, you then move on to the Final Loop Interviews, which consist of, but not necessarily in specific order: * Behavioral Interview * Technical Coding Interview (Leetcode style) * Low Level Design interview (OOP)
It went well, with half an hour for leadership principles and the other half an hour for coding and system design. It’s a great experience overall. System design, they expect more clarity.
