Can switch projects regularly.
Possibility to move to another country if you want.
Projects are table scraps from US-based teams, mostly rewrites or maintenance.
US teams are eager to "take" work once it's done.
Senior managers are ignorant or incompetent, reporting only "good numbers" to higher ups.
Promoting juniors boosts "growth" numbers, creating a glass ceiling for everyone else.
Skip senior and mid-management. Let directors and VPs speak to tech staff. Let them know the truth for once.
