High salary (probably the best product-based company).
Work-life balance (you would get tickets any time).

I applied online. It was fairly easy. There was a bar raiser round, a manager round, one LLD round, and a technical LeetCode question. The bar raiser was entirely behavioral. The manager round had a technical question and a question about the usage
First, there was an online coding assessment, with two questions: one easy and one hard, and a behavioral test. After passing this, I proceeded directly to an onsite loop, though some candidates have a phone screen first.
Recruiter call, followed by two rounds of interviews: * One remote interview * One on-site interview Expect coding and behavioral questions. The process is pretty standard overall. Perhaps there is more I don't know.
