Pros

At Amazon, you have the opportunity to work with very intelligent and driven coworkers on real, impactful issues with many cutting-edge technologies.

Each employee is empowered to drive the direction of your team and your organization, despite your level or tenure.

Cons

The work is non-stop, and the culture is to continually innovate and challenge each other to be their best and to make products that are the best they can be for our customers. This culture leads to great outcomes for the customer, but it is very taxing for engineers and often leads to burnout in time.
