- Ability to work on different technologies and systems at scale.
- Very easy to switch teams, either internal to the country or outside, and work on things that excite you.
- One of the best payers in the India market.
- Strong internal community support and an extensive set of documentation on literally anything.
- Lot of work and on-call duties. It's not a typical service-based company where you can chill out for a while in a year.
- Bureaucracy can hit you hard sometimes. It depends on the team and organization, obviously.
