Good place to work
It's a big software company, like any other. There is a lot of engineering support and a lot of interesting problems to solve.
The frugality culture and the lack of perks, especially when comparing with Facebook and Microsoft. It's not because of the money you save, but because it makes your life much easier.
I think there is nothing that the management can do about the company culture. Some people fit better in this environment, and others don't.
