There are events scheduled around the internship to let you have fun and mix with other interns.

Terrible work culture. People are always critiquing each other. People are not at all friendly, and managers don't give heed to you as a person.

A highly selfish company that has no respect for its employees. They don't look at how much you have grown or learned. They just expect you to be a machine that produces faultless work, and anything even marginally less is treated with disparaging remarks.

Never seen such a depressing work environment.

Work a little more on keeping your employees happy and boosting morale. Employees should be producing good work out of motivation and not due to being scared.
