Nice culture. People seem to enjoy and do their jobs out of passion rather than obligation. It pays quite well, including lots of benefits (insurance, pension schemes, 401(k), etc.).
Maybe the fact that you have to travel a lot is a bit out of purpose for an SDE. However, everything else is fantastic, from the learning opportunities to the great culture of this company.
Keep up the good work, and sometimes listen to your employees when it comes to design decisions. That's it.
