- Learning or 20% project days, depending on the team.
- Good company values (leadership principles).
- Work-life balance is great, especially in Prime Video.
- Good office location near Liverpool Street Station.
In short, there are no software engineers (at least in my ORG) here. Everyone is just a PM with a powerful calculator in their hands called Java.
Amazon killed my passion towards software engineering.
- Wrong implementation of leadership principles - very dependent on the team
- No proper benefits (in UK)
- No free food
