- Extremely transparent promotion requirements and process.
- Extremely lax WFH policies on every team I’ve talked to. On my team, I WFH every day and only come in occasionally for team events.
- All SDEs are on call sometimes. This rotates through each engineer on the team. But unless you’re on a particularly bad team, you should be okay.
