Great pay, decent benefits, rewarding culture
Depends on the team heavily. My manager is very involved (but not micromanaging) and supports his employees. There is a clear path for advancement and many opportunities to do so. Expectations are clearly stated. People are very helpful when you need assistance meeting business goals. Upper management is very available.
More results-driven than people-driven, which makes sense for a for-profit business.
