Pros

Opportunity to work with the latest tech stacks, a good salary, stocks, and company outings every once in a while.

Cons

You'd find some of the worst management here. It doesn't matter if you grind yourself; if the manager doesn't like you for some reason, they'd likely put an end to your career at Amazon. At the end of the day, it's just a number game for them, like many other tech companies out there. As Amazon is a huge employer, they also fire people in the same proportion. So, I'd say not to prefer this company unless you're out of other options.

Advice to Management

Stop looking at SDEs as a number and start seeing them as human beings; the results will be much better.
