It is a FAANG, so there are a lot of opportunities from the inside. Many people inspire you to raise the bar and be better.
It is hard to get access to information in general. People are willing to help but not so much to give you their full attention, so it's crucial to be good at learning alone and being able to ask the right questions.
Closer management, almost micro-management, for new hires would be desirable.
