Pros
  • Possesses many high-level professionals, always willing to share and help you evolve.
  • Well-structured career framework.
  • Frequent international contact.
  • Various benefits (although the values are below or at the average).
Cons

Onboarding is a long process, and people joke that you only feel like you understand the processes and the company after a year (and it really is a year of suffering without understanding how anything really works).

Slightly uncompetitive salary considering it's a big tech company.

Annual bonuses tied to stock values that aren't really yours until you complete a certain period X of time at the company, and you no longer receive them after your quotas run out.

90% of the technologies used were developed internally and are generally outdated; you end up falling behind on what's being used in the market.

High dependency on other teams to complete your tasks (especially external teams with time zone differences of up to 8 hours).

Extremely bureaucratic processes.

Home office policy is very difficult to implement.
