Challenging. Innovative. Iterates to perfection. Customer centric. Opportunities to roll up your sleeves and get work done.
Bureaucratic. Overburdens employees. Cheap, not frugal. No direction. Got to figure out everything on your own. I can't imagine having less work-life balance. Good money but awful work/life balance, hours, and pressure.
Hire for the work needed rather than assign work to whomever is available. HR needs improvement. No ethics!
