Pros

You will learn a lot, especially if you are in the beginning of your career. You will have the chance to learn about the bigger picture and will have a say in deciding the future of the team. You can even propose ideas targeting specific problems that you have observed. If the management likes them, you will get to work on them.

Cons

Work, work, work.

Not many company activities or perks.

Frugal to a fault. You don't even get two big monitors!

Advice to Management

More team and company activities, please.

Working conditions can improve a lot if some attention and money are given to areas like food, facilities, and equipment.
