Good compensation; benefits are slightly lacking but still fair
A very amazing company to grow as a new grad engineer. I am learning a lot about the overall industry, how to be an independent engineer, how to be customer-obsessed, and how to deliver properly. My manager has been good and caring, albeit a little lacking in feedback.
It can be difficult at times. Some teams can have bad managers who literally do not care.
