Learned a lot. Worked with super smart people. Made a lot more money than before. Kinda easy to get a job at since they're hiring like nuts. Potential for promotion.
Work/life balance is rough, seemingly across all teams (although there's some variation amongst teams).
401k match is almost nonexistent. There's no free food. Parking costs a lot. Other companies pay more (and some pay less too).
You know, I'd suggest giving more raises to people who stick around so they're competitive with other industries, but it's not going to happen. I also suggest improving work-life balance to be equal to other companies, but that's also not going to happen.
