Great experience, but apparently depends on your team
- Great pay
- Really good culture. Plenty of interns are willing to do all sorts of fun things.
- Fun setting. Offices have all of the stereotypical tech perks, like foosball tables and beer Fridays.
- Fun people to work with.
- You can potentially get a full-time offer.
The 'pros' listed above are team-dependent. I know people who had awful intern experiences because their manager was incompetent.
Listen to what your employees have to say. My manager was very considerate and transparent, and those values should carry over into other managers.
