Can at times be very "startupy," with you having to wear multiple hats and wishing there was some better documentation.
From what I've heard, WLB and culture can vary a lot team to team. I've been fortunate enough to have had a great experience thus far.
Heading in the right direction overall. I would encourage management to continue to focus on mentoring new engineers and developing in-house talent.
