The atmosphere is great, and everyone who works there is very intelligent.
They provide you with lots of responsibility and the ability to move up.
There are many email lists for different activities (e.g., Starcraft full-time vs. interns), and everyone is willing to help you with any problems that you face.
Sometimes frugality is taken a bit further than it needs to be.
There is a very steep learning curve for all of their internal technologies, and the documentation doesn't always help you solve your problems.
