Working on impactful projects that are focused on the customer and long-term business thinking of taking over the world.
Low pay compared with other top companies (Google or Facebook, for example).
Very cheap with employees: cheap and slow hardware (PC monitor, laptop, desktop), no perks, long working hours.
You do unpaid on-call one week every month, and you need to respond to issues in 15 minutes in the middle of the night or weekend or holiday.
Promotions are very hard and take many years.
Start paying people when doing on-call, as it will improve morale a lot.
