I'm really enjoying working with such skilled people. There is so much room for learning and growth here, and there is a very clear path for career progression that doesn't involve becoming a manager (unless you want to; that exists as well).
Early on, there is a pretty steep learning curve. Amazon is a big company and has a lot of its own tools, so it can take a while to learn how to translate your existing skills and knowledge into action at Amazon.
