Good pay, satisfying work, work with some of the smartest people, constant learning, work-life balance.
Recent policy change, when even employees who were specifically hired as remote, even years before the pandemic, are now told to uproot their lives and relocate to a central "hub" or leave the company. This completely ruins trust that was built between this company and employees.
The toughest thing about the power of trust is that it's very difficult to build and very easy to destroy.
