Amazon is a great place to learn new technologies and to get hands-on experience in design, development, and support. It is also a great place where everyone is an owner and contributes towards the company's vision.
Amazon is too frugal in all its aspects. They tripled transportation costs for employees but never increased employee health or internet benefits. Most employees don't care about it much.
Keep raising the bar; it's still day one.
