- No work-life balance, especially with 24-hour on-call.
- Slow career growth, compounded by a downlevel at entry.
- No annual bonus, which affects future salary negotiations.
Try to understand the concept of work-life balance. It's difficult, but "dive deep." Stop using LPs as catchphrases, especially if the meaning is not understood. It's never too late to focus on talent retention strategies alongside acquisition.
