Pros

Competitive pay for engineering positions. Some areas have relatively good work-life balance, but this can be hit or miss. The benefits package is decent. As of writing, the company is very open to flexible or remote working. It's a massive company with lots of distinct organizations, and therefore a large variety of different things to work on.

Cons

High turnover in some areas. Work-life balance can be bad at times. The promotion process is painful, and promotions can be infrequent. Frequent on-call duties can require working outside normal business hours. It can feel like working for a massive corporation in the typical bad ways.
