Good company to work for, but no growth opportunities
The company itself and the Leadership Principles are great. The pay is good too, and you get to work with a lot of intelligent folks who are driven. You can move internally with great relocation packages.
The growth opportunities are rare from L5 to L6 unless your project is greenfield with not too many people in your team or you are exceptionally talented.
The criteria for promotion is well defined; however, it is rarely followed. I have seen many talented individuals moving out because of this after 5-6 years in the same position.
The company values only the cream of the crop, and the rest are just there. The pay rises per year are also negligible.
