Pros

All projects expect huge scale.

I would say compensation, but there are nuances.

Cons

Hard dependency on Seattle office hours (9 hours difference) forces employees to stay late to get things done.

People working on promotion tend to work 10-12 hour days, including weekends.

Because of the past two years, most of the teams work remotely, thus the quality of onboarding is dramatic.

Base salary compensation is not competitive for what they ask.

Late meetings (they tend to start in the 17:00-19:00 range, lasting easily until 21:00).

Teams are understaffed. 40-60% of time is dedicated to meetings and sync-ups, where employees are pushed to do more random stuff for the US team while their own projects are suffering.

Advice to Management

Obviously, it doesn't work. Poland should own independent products.
